PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the purchase is formalized, the CLIENT agrees to the RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY established by "Aquabus Tabarca, S.L.".
In the event that the CLIENT does not finally carry out the activity contracted with “Aquabus Tabarca, S.L. ”, The following CANCELLATION POLICY will apply:
- No charge will be generated to the client, in the case of cancellation of the scheduled activity by Aquabus Tabarca, S.L., regardless of the reason for it.
- Aquabus Tabarca, S.L. reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to force majeure at any time, without prejudice to the client.
- In the event that the cancellation of the scheduled activity is carried out by the CLIENT, regardless of the reason for the same, the following terms will apply:
- The CUSTOMER will be charged as long as it does not inform Aquabus Tabarca, S.L. of the cancellation of the scheduled activity 24 hours in advance.
- It will be allowed to change the date of the activity, for another of the same characteristics as the initial ones, provided that it is notified more than 24 hours before the activity, in this case, the CLIENT may choose a new date, Depending on availability, the change will always be effective within the same season in which the purchase was made.
- In the event that the CLIENT does not attend on the reserved date, no refund or change will be applied.
- In the event that the CLIENT does not attend the reserved time, no refund or change will be applied.
- Aquabus Tabarca, S.L. It is not responsible for the personal belongings that the CLIENT deposits in the perimeter of its facilities during their stay in them.
